Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend Gabriella Reda, a lifelong resident of the Bronx, passed peacefully on May 13, 2021. She was 90.
Gabriella Reda was born on June 15, 1930 in Rome, Italy to the late Vincenzo and Maria (Salfa) Altieri. Her brothers are the late Domenico Altieri and Claudio Altieri, and her sisters are Maria Luisa Tonnini and Anna Delmaro. She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Reda-Greaney; her son-in-law, Kevin Greaney; and her three adoring grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, and Nicole.
Visiting will be Sunday from 3-7pm at John Dormi & Sons Funeral Home, 1121 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 10am at St. Clare’s Church, 1918 Paulding Avenue, Bronx. Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 10 West Stevens Avenue, Hawthorne.
