Mr. Jimenez was born on January 2, 1927 in the Dominican Republic. For many years before his retirement he worked as a chef.
Visiting will be Friday from 3-7pm at John Dormi & Sons Funeral Home, 1121 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Interment will be private.
