Maria Avila, a longtime resident of Jamaica, Queens, died on April 14, 2026. She was 87.
Mrs. Avila was born on July 8, 1938 in Livingston, Guatemala. She is predeceased by her mother Isabel Gregorio. She is survived by her sister, Rosa Cayetano.
Interment will be private.
