Agripina Morillo Santiago, loving mother of five, passed away in the early hours of Sunday, January 16. She was 79.
Agripina was born in 1942 in Ponce, Puerto Rico and grew up surrounded by her large family- she had 11 siblings and many aunts and uncles. Agripina was influenced by her mother to be a loving and caring woman, always giving her time to others, she incorporated that into her motherhood. As a mother she was generous, loving and kind but at the same time she was strict, tough but humble. She was a Christian woman that loved God above all things. She lived her life to honor and praise him. She loved family gatherings, music, dancing and was an amazing cook. We will miss her dearly.
She is survived by her five children, Wanda, Victor, Rosemary, Luis and Melvin; her 10 grandchildren; brothers and sisters; nephews and nieces; cousins and close friends.
