Flora Vazquez, a longtime resident of the Bronx, died on January 5, 2026. She was 89.
Ms. Vazquez was born on April 27, 1936 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to the late Fernando Vazquez and Merida Jimenez. She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Fonseca and Magda Cambrelen.
Visiting will be Monday, January 12 from 4pm to 8pm at John Dormi & Sons Funeral Home, 1121 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, January 13 at 11am at Our Lady of Solace Church, 731 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Interment will follow at St. Raymond’s Cemetery, Balcom Avenue, Bronx.
