Gloria Frascone, age 95 of the Bronx, beloved wife of the late Dante Frascone entered into eternal rest on Wednesday October 22, 2025.
Gloria was born in the Bronx on May 21, 1930 to the late Michael and Giovanna (Jennie) Fiore. She was a graduate of Roosevelt High School and a stay-at-home mother of four. After the children were raised she returned to work as a bookkeeper for an insurance company. She was a member of St. Clare’s Parish and attended mass there faithfully for over 60 years. Mom enjoyed cooking, baking, bowling and an occasional trip to the casino. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend to many.
Gloria is survived by four beloved children, John, his wife Ann, Dante, his wife Susan, Lucille, her husband Frank, Anthony, his wife Cilia, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren, all of whom loved her dearly. She is pre-deceased by two brothers Al and Gino, and two sisters Mary and Filomena.
Visitation will be held Sunday, November 9th from 4 – 8pm at John Dormi & Sons Funeral Home, 1121 Morris Park Ave, Bronx, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 10th at 10 am at St Clare’s Church, 1027 Rhinelander Ave, Bronx, NY. Interment will follow at St. Raymond’s Cemetery, 2600 Lafayette Ave, Bronx, NY. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association
