Oneida Rodriguez, a lifelong resident of the Bronx, died on January 20, 2026. She was 56.
Mrs. Rodriguez was born on October 1, 1969 in the Bronx to Pilar and the late Louis Rodriguez. For many years before her retirement she worked as an administrator for the Department of Veterans Affairs in the Bronx. In addition to her mother Pilar she’s survived by her daughters, Jahayra Jasmine Malave and Monica Marie Alexander.
Visiting will be Sunday, February 1 from 4-8pm at John Dormi & Sons Funeral Home, 1121 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, February 2 at St. Anthony’s Church, Commonwealth Avenue, Bronx. Interment will follow at St. Raymond’s Cemetery, 2600 Lafayette Avenue, Bronx.
