
Charles Miraglia, a longtime resident of the Bronx, died on July 19, 2025. He was 102.
Mr. Miraglia was born on February 9, 1923 in New York City to the late Alfio and Maria Teresa (DeFranco) Miraglia. He served in the United States Army during World War II and for many years worked as a supervisor for the Transit Authority before his retirement. He is pre-deceased by his wife Lucille (Pinelli) Miraglia, who died on 1987.
He is survived by his son Charles Miraglia; and his daughters, Kathy Fabiani and Carol Pisaniello.
Visiting will be Wednesday from 4-8pm at John Dormi & Sons Funeral Home, 1121 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 11am at St. Clare’s Church, 1918 Paulding Avenue, Bronx. Interment will follow at St. Raymond’s Cemetery, 2600 Lafayette Avenue, Bronx.
