Dear Nancy, Daniel, Nathaniel and Alexandria
I am so glad I had the opportunity to meet Tony last November. I was so touched that he took the time to come down to chat. I wish I had more time to spend then. However, I will always remember his warm endearing smile and his humor. His memory will live on and just celebrate his wonderful life.
My heartfelt condolences to the family.
I knew Anthony Velazquez, his parents and brother as a young teenager in the Bx. I cherish those memories. He was always visiting my house as we lived in the same building. I remember when he started at NYU as we would often ride the subway into Manhattan together. He was always a good soul with a big smile. RIP Tony
