Delia Bracetty, a longtime resident of the Bronx, died on July 16, 2026. She was 84.
Mrs. Bracetty was born on October 18, 1941 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico to the late Francisco Bracetty Cruz and Juana Caceres Noa. She is survived by her children, Brenda M. Chavarria, Alexy Velazquez, and Melvin Velazquez.
Visiting will be Monday, August 3 from 4-8pm at John Dormi & Sons Funeral Home, 1121 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Interment will be private.
Mom you will never be forgotten! I love you so much and will love you to an eternity! Thank you for being the best mom anyone can have and thank you for taking the role of dad after her passed away.
