Eunice Mathis, a longtime resident of the Bronx, died on May 12, 2024. She was 99.
Mrs. Mathis was born on August 16, 1924 in New York City to the late William and Diana (Oden) Franks. For many years before her retirement she was the director of the Highbridge Advisory Center.
