Hector Ortiz Haddock, a longtime resident of the Bronx, died on May 26, 2026. He was 100.
Mr. Haddock was born on August 23, 1925 in Puerto Rico to the late Pedro Ortiz and Teresa Haddock. He is survived by his wife Norma (Garcia) Ortiz. For many years before his retirement he worked as a nurse.
Visiting will be Monday. June 1 from 4-8pm at John Dormi & Sons Funeral Home, 1121 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Interment will be private.
