Dear Jay,
You were the nicest person I met in the music & dance industry. When I met you at one of your venues , you made me feel at ease knowing I was new to this new circle of people. You have this amazing shining light that touched so many people in so many different ways. And that great smile of yours.
I am shocked by the news .
I wish you and your family many Bendiciones in this tough time.
You will definitely be missed.
Rest in peace my brother!

Jay, my bronx NY neighbor for so many years , you’ll be missed even though I had moved in 94. Beautiful happy family. My deepest condolences to the family.
That SMILE will forever be missed
In Loving Memory of My Godbrother Jayson
From the very beginning, you were there—watching over me as I took my first steps in your house, with your mom by your side. Now, you’re taking your own steps into eternity, reunited with those who have gone before you, resting in the peace and love of our Heavenly Father.
You always said one day you’d take an extended vacation, and now you have—free from pain, free from suffering, young again in the presence of God. We will miss you deeply, but we take comfort in knowing this isn’t goodbye forever. Your journey here has ended, but your spirit lives on, and one day, we will see you again.
“He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.” – Revelation 21:4
Rest well, my brother, until we meet again.
Jennifer Durant Cordova

You are in my heart forever. Your kindness, your zest for life, which you lived right up to the end, live on in my memories when I think of you. I am grateful for meeting you when I first worked at Avon, and our shared adventures within the house music community thereafter. When this earthly experience is done, I hope to see you again. I wanted you to win this fight. You tried your best, but it wasn’t meant to be. May your body rest in peace, and your spirit live forever. ❤️
