Jose Martin Vega, Jr., a lifelong resident of the Bronx, died on September 1, 2024. He was 52.
Mr. Vega was born on December 25, 1971 in the Bronx to Jose Martin and Evelyn (Morales) Vega. He served in the U.S. Armed Forces and for many years before his retirement worked for the New York City Police Department.
Visiting will be Tuesday, September 17 from 4-8pm at Joseph A. Lucchese Funeral Home, 726 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 18 at 9am with the interment following at Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Boulevard, Calverton.
