I worked with Joe at Con Edison. He was funny, kind and he was a good soul.
Joe will be missed! May he rest in peace and may his family find comfort during this most difficult time.

Joe Falcone, the first smiling face you saw entering the second floor Bronxdale Con Ed office. It was a pleasure to work with him when I was in paving and sill see him when I moved on to the construction area. Being one of the good guys I’m sure he’ll be rewarded in heaven. My condolences to Joe’s family on their loss, he will surly be both missed and remembered by all.

My condolences to the family. Just found out he passed away. He was my neighbor around the block. I first met Joe and his wife at a card party for one of the schools a few years back. At that point, I have never met him, he was very nice and funny. As I was walking my dogs, I saw him, and I said to him, you look very familiar, and he laughed. He lived around the block from him. We got to talking, very nice man. We would always tell each other when the next card party will be. Will miss him. Very funny man.
