Julio E. Torres, a longtime resident of the Bronx, died on August 28, 2026. He was 88.
Mr. Torres was born on February 6, 1938 in PeƱuelas, Puerto Rico to the late Jorge and Leocadia (Arroyo) Torres. For many years before his retirement he worked as a foreman for Stahl-Meyer Food, Inc. He is pre-deceased by his wife, Juanita (Candelas) Torres, who died on July 28, 2023.
Visiting will be Saturday, September 5 from 8:30am to 9:30am at John Dormi & Sons Funeral Home, 1121 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx.
