Libera Martuccio, a longtime resident of the Bronx, died on June 17, 2018. She was 87.
Mrs. Martuccio was born on January 17, 1931 in Circello, Italy to the late Pietro and Carolina (DiFabrizio) Lucia. She is survived by her husband Antonio Martuccio; her son Michael Martuccio and his wife Antonietta; her granddaughters, Antonella Agudelo and her husband Carlos and Liana Fairchild and her husband David; her great-grandchildren, Daniel and Christina Agudelo and Livia and Benjamin Fairchild; and her brother Rosario Lucia and his wife Dora; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visiting will be Tuesday 4-9pm at Joseph A. Lucchese Funeral Home, 726 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday 10am at St. Francis Xavier Church, 1075 Van Nest Avenue, Bronx. Entombment will follow at St. Raymond’s Cemetery, 2600 Lafayette Avenue, Bronx. In lieu of flowers the family prefers contributions to the Calvary Fund, 1740 Eastchester Road, Bronx, New York 10461.
