Louis V. “Chippy” Perri, a lifelong resident of the Morris Park community, died on May 25, 2019. He was 68.
Mr. Perri was born on January 23, 1951 in New York City to the late Louis and Agnes (Fusco) Perri. He worked for 30 years for General Motors Corp in Tarrytown, New York and the Linden plant in New Jersey. He is a retired member of the UAW.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth (Uttrich) Perri, whom he married on July 30, 1976, and his son Louis Anthony Perri. He is pre-deceased by his daughter Cynthia Marie Perri.
Visiting will be Friday 2-4 & 7-9pm, with a service at the funeral home Friday evening, at Joseph A. Lucchese Funeral Home, 726 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in his name to the American Cancer Society or the National Foundation for Transplants.
