Margaret T. Williams, a resident of Sparkill and formerly of the Bronx, died on December 21, 2019. She was 91.
Mrs. Williams was born on September 25, 1928 in Philadephia to the late Joseph and Bridget (Hickey) McCloskey. On September 9, 1950 she married Laurence S. Williams. He died on August 31, 2009. Before her retirement she worked for Citibank.
She is survived by her sons, Christopher Williams and his girlfriend Effie, Gerard Williams and his wife Theresa, Laurence Williams and his wife Claudia, Brian Williams and his wife Maria, and Dennis Williams and his wife Cecilia; her daughter, Suzanne Kelly and her husband Thomas; 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and her sisters, Mary Reardon and Anita Smith. She is pre-deceased by her daughter Margaret Sampson and her husband Michael.
Visiting will be Thursday from 2-5 & 7-9pm at Joseph A. Lucchese Funeral Home, 726 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday 10am at Our Lady of Solace Church, 731 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Interment will follow at Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Boulevard, Calverton.
