I gre up in the Bronx then eventually moved upstate. I lived a few houses down from Rose and she was one of my mom’s dear friends. As usual time goes so fast and people grow apart. One day I decided to go back to the Bronx and. K out my old fun times. I saw Rose sitting on her stoop ( much older) so I pulled up and got out and asked. do u remember me? It took her less than a minute to sayLISA? Lisa is my twin sister so she was close. We talked on the old stoop awhile and in talking with her she was as sharp as they come. I left her with a kiss and promised one day we would all come visit. Again time went so fast it never happened. May God Bless You Rose and Bless your family too. Love to you all. Lori Lisa and her old friend Louisa. ❤️

We live next door to Rose Cillis She and my mom spent many years together working at Gucci in Manhattan Many years sitting outside together in each others porches
Many fond memories of lunches and parties Hering Avenue will never be the same for me without Rose sitting on her porch or waving from her window
I saw her weekly when I visited my parents
Rose was a very smart wise kind woman She always had great advice and was a generous person in many ways
I truly loved her as I grew up with her as the best neighbor ever Condolences to Anthony and Linda
May your beautiful mother Rest In Eternal Peace
She is with George now and at peace
Rose will be missed by all who knew and loved her including my parents
