Sunil Avinash Chand

Sunil Avinash Chand, a longtime resident of the Bronx, died on April 24, 2021. He was 50 years old.

 

Mr. Chand was born on January 8, 1971 in Guyana to Desiree (Kowlessar) and the late Gopaul Ganesh. He earned his degree from Taft High School and Bronx Community College. In addition to his mother Desiree Ganesh he is survived by his wife Nazeela Khan; his son Zack Chand; his siblings, Anil Chand, Venetia Chand, and Naval Chand; he was the brother-in-law of Akasha, Airshad, Aershad, Fazeela, Shazeela, and Shameela; the uncle of Natasha, Christopher, Christian, Chadrick, Carina, Manu, and Jaya; the nephew of Late Nan Chand, Premwantie Persaud, Rajpathe Persaud, Chandra Persaud, Gavin, Kelvin, and others; the cousin of Billy, Michael, Saritia, Ashree, Nadia, Sharon, Rishi, Rawlston, Nadie, Marlon, Kenrick, Dado, Akilya, and many others.

 

Visiting will be Tuesday from 5-9pm (Masks Required for visitors) at Joseph A. Lucchese Funeral Home, 726 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Funeral Service will be Wednesday from 9am to 11am (Masks Required for visitors) at Joseph A. Lucchese Funeral Home, 726 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx.
