Veda Channer

Veda Channer, 60 , passed away on March 2, 2021 at the Albert Einstein Hospital in the Bronx from complications due to COVID19.

Miss Veda was born in Hopewell St. Elizabeth and moved to Claremont Boulevard Old Harbor St. Catherine before migrating to the United States. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and cherished friend. Her memory will live on by all those whose lives she touched.

A memorial service for will be held at Joseph A. Lucchese Funeral Home, 726 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx on Sunday, March 14, 2021 from 1pm to 3pm. The service can also be viewed through various streaming services which will be shared with loved ones who are interested.

    If my heart were a window that you could look through ohh the pain and scars you would see anti I don’t know where to start but it is sad to say you leave me heart bleeding it’s not more I can do but just hold on to the memories that we share you were my ride or die we have disagreements but nothing never change the love we have for one another you leave avoid in my heart that no one else can filled tears in my eyes sleep and sleep sleep and take your rest

    Though we’ve never met in person, we’ve had numerous conversations, above all her kindness she has shown to my son Steven whenever he needed a place to stay. May the Lord comfort the family with His love and peace.
