Wigberto Perez Roman, a longtime resident of the Bronx, died on December 19, 2022. he was 70.
Mr. Perez was born on August 13, 1952 in Guayama, Puerto Rico to Jose Perez and Estebania Roman. He is survived by wife Gloria; his daughter Brenda; his sons, Franklyn and Wilberto; his grandchildren; and his siblings.
